About Louise Dean School

Louise Dean School is a specialized Grade 9 - 12 setting for pregnant and parenting teens. The school partners with Kindred and Alberta Health Services to provide 'wrap-around' education and support. Along with a comprehensive education program that leads to a High School Diploma or certificate of Achievement, the Centre offers on-site childcare, counselling, health care and lifestyle supports. Financial support, through a specialized provincial Foundational Learning Assistance, is available to qualifying students. Intake is ongoing. Louise Dean School welcomes all pregnant and parenting students into a strong learning environment that is grounded in kindness and respect.
